The following rules apply when ordering DDsport products. Please read them carefully.

Orders:

We accept orders in person, by e-mail or through the configurator of our website. The most advantageous option is to send the order by e-mail. Minimum order quantity is 5 pcs!!! It is possible to produce even from 1 piece, but everything depends on the current status of orders. This restriction does not apply in the case of the production of entire sets, where of course there can be, for example, 1 piece of the goalkeeper's jersey. To enter a request for goods, use the contact form, which is available in the details of individual products, or contact us directly by email at ddsport@ddsport.cz.

Prices:

The prices are always listed in the product details and apply to the basic configuration of the product (short-sleeved jerseys, shorts without briefs, etc.). If the resulting price differs (compared to the price listed on the Internet), we will inform you immediately after receiving your order. Unless otherwise stated, the jersey price is for the jersey only, shorts are sold as a separate product. For goods that are usually delivered in pairs (boots, socks, etc.), the price per pair is always indicated. The prices we send in preliminary calculations are always without VAT.

All our products are marked with the DDsport logo on the outside, visible side. If you do not wish to have the DDsport logo on the product, its final price will be increased by CZK 150 without VAT (in the case of jerseys and shorts, the surcharge is taken for the set).

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Each client is entitled to 2 graphic proofs of the created design for FREE in one order. In the event that the customer is more demanding in terms of processing and requires more graphic modifications, we charge 200 CZK excluding VAT for the modification. Of course, if overtime occurs due to our error (incorrect understanding of documents, placement of logotypes, etc.), then we do not charge anything.
In the case of adjustments to the lengths of individual product cuts, we charge an additional fee of 50 CZK/piece without VAT. We charge an additional fee of 250 CZK /piece without VAT
for orders with a total collection of less than 5 pieces. This surcharge does not apply to goalkeeper clothing and referee products. We charge an additional fee of 400 CZK /piece without VAT for orders of cycling products with a total order of less than 5 pieces.
For re-orders of less than 5 pcs per product/design, we charge a flat fee of 250 CZK excluding VAT for RESTART of production.
If fluorescent colors (reflective) are used to print the products, we charge an additional fee of 90 CZK /piece without VAT. For oversized sizes, i.e. from size 3XL /does not apply to hockey jerseys/ we charge an extra charge of 100 CZK per piece.

.Sizes:

Please pay extra attention to size selection. If you are not sure of the correct size according to our size charts, we are able to send you size samples (form) upon request. We want to ensure that samples are available to all customers in excellent quality and condition.

.Conditions for borrowing samples of our products:

The goal is to make it easy for you to choose the right size and material for your orders, while ensuring that our services are efficient and beneficial to all parties.

Borrowing samples is FREE for orders over 5 pcs of one type of product. In this case, you pay the postage to you (149 CZK + 21% VAT). The samples can be delivered back in person or through your provider (price according to his tariff).

For smaller orders, we recommend using our size charts, which you can find here.

If you plan to order sweatshirts, tracksuit jackets or sets, we charge a sample rental fee of 1,000 CZK including VAT. This amount also covers the cost of postage to you. Returns are possible in person or through your service provider at a price according to their tariff. In the event that you decide to carry out the order later and return the samples to us in their original condition and number without visible defects, this amount will be deducted from the total price of your order.

.Date:

The delivery date varies according to the type of products, the current filling of production capacities and the total number of ordered pieces. For complete sets, we aim to deliver within 2 to 3 weeks. For piece production, the delivery time is longer - up to 4-5 weeks. If you require personal collection of the order, we guarantee the delivery date. If you require the order to be sent, we guarantee the date of dispatch (handover to the transport company), not delivery. The PPL company is responsible for the delivery date according to their terms and conditions.

Goods ordered from DDsport can be delivered in the following ways:

1. personal collection at the company headquarters

2. by the transport company PPL or GLS

.Payment:

Only cashless and in advance to our account.

Products made to order have no other commercial use and occupy production for a certain time, therefore production is always

Therefore, all orders are entered into production only after payment of the proforma invoice.

.Freight:

Delivery within the Czech Republic by the next working day.
Delivery to Slovakia within two working days.

Shipping within the territory of the Czech Republic 149 CZK without VAT
Shipping to Slovakia €12 without VAT.

When sending an order to Slovakia, we recommend payment in advance to our Slovak account, where you will not be charged any fee for a foreign bank transfer. With this method, the price for postage increases to €14 without VAT.

The client is always contacted by the carrier about the delivery time the day before receiving the shipment.

After sending the order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your order, contact us at ddsport@ddsport.cz or phone +420 603 528 668.

Please note that the DDsport company guarantees the date of dispatch of the order (handover to the transport company), not delivery. The PPL company is responsible for the delivery date according to their terms and conditions.

If you do not have a good experience with the PPL company at the place of delivery, you have the option of ordering the pick-up of the order at our address with another carrier. Please inform us about this before issuing the Proforma invoice. You will not be charged for postage.

Data protection:

Protection of personal data - we guarantee the protection of your personal data. We only require the necessary data for correct and fast delivery of the shipment. Your personal data will only be used for our purposes and we will not give them to anyone else.

Other arrangements:

All logos and designs of the DDsport production line are the property of the DDsport company and any use or distribution of them without the permission of the DDsport company is prohibited.

The name DDsport is a registered trademark and its owner is the DDsport company! DDsport reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice. The validity of these terms automatically cancels the issuance of new terms.
