Technology used in the production of jerseys and other products offered.

Printing:

In the production of digitally printed jerseys, we use 5 Roland large-area printers. We iron the products on Monti Antonio presses. We use high-quality Manoukian inks for printing.

Textile:

we use top quality polyester materials of the latest generation
materials ensuring rapid removal of body moisture and subsequent
evaporation
breathable materials placed in frequented places
solid core threads precisely fitting and comfortable cuts

Embroidery:

We use INBRO multi-head embroidery machines, on which we make high-quality patches, embroideries, applied embroideries, plastic embroideries, embroideries combined with sublimation printing (3D), both for finished products - t-shirts, hats, scarves, towels, jackets, sweaters - as well as on various types of material from fine satins to heavy leather or car carpets. You can choose products and materials for embroidery from our catalogs or supply your own.

Design preparation programs:

When processing the design, we work in licensed graphic programs Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW version X9, as well as Adobe Photoshop 8.

Development:

To ensure the future of DDsport products, it is necessary to constantly consult and include new modern elements in production.
