Production process

Are you interested in what all has to be done in order to produce the product you want? On this page you can familiarize yourself with the production process.

The first contact with us is usually by phone or e-mail. Based on your requirements, a preliminary calculation or graphic design created. After receiving your completed order form and the necessary approval of the design, the actual production of the jerseys begins.

Graphic design must be developed very carefully.

To be sure, in addition to the mockup, we often send the entire graphic pre-press preparation for approval. In case of problems or uncertainty when choosing a color, we can make a small sample print on the selected material and send the sample in an envelope or take a photo and send it by e-mail.

After all the requirements connected with this pre-print preparation have been agreed upon, the printing of all the jerseys begins.

Subsequently, all parts are cut out from a roll of paper.

For transfer printing, identical parts must also be cut from the material you choose

After completion and checking of the number of pieces and given parts comes the so-called ironing. In this process, the color becomes part of the material.

Everything takes place at high temperatures (up to 220 °C).

Next comes the actual sewing of the jerseys. When sewing jerseys, we always pay attention to the quality of stitches and connecting designs in problematic parts.

A specific part of the jerseys is the collar. In our country, it is generally true that the collar makes the jersey. We therefore pay attention to its high-quality design.

After completion of the order, there is dispatch control, packaging, invoicing and issuing, or sending the order.
