In production, we use several types of different materials. Each of the materials is suitable for a different sport. Get to know the properties of the offered material and choose the right one. DDUNI material
Our most widely used standard knit, hydrophilic properties.
Weight: 150g/m2. Basic material without extra charge. Use: sports jerseys,
shorts, motocross.

COOLMAX material
Hi-tech material from a special fiber. Very comfortable to wear.
Weight: 160g/m2. Surcharge + 50 CZK per product. Use: jerseys, shorts, polo shirts,
cycling jerseys.

ORLANDO material
Knitted fabric with microfibers. This material is very pleasant and comfortable to wear. Weight: 135g/m2. Surcharge + 30 CZK per product. Use: sports jerseys, sports shorts,
polo shirts, cycling jerseys and others.

ELASTIC LIGHT material
Two-layer special elastic knitted fabric with the addition of PU (lycra or elastane). Pleasant and highly elastic adhesive material. Weight: 135g/m2. Surcharge + 70 CZK per product. Use: rashguards, tight jerseys, athletic shorts.

DREAM material
Polyester fabric, on reverse side. side combed. Excellent insulation and insulation properties. A pleasant feeling of softness. Weight: 180g/m2. Surcharge +50 CZK/product. Use: sweatshirts, jackets, sweatpants

KEPR material
Smooth double-sided polyester knit. Highly durable and strong material. Weight: 210g/m2. No additional amount for the product in the selection. Use: team wear, sweatpants for everyday wear.

DRYMAX material
Very breathable material. It guarantees perfect functionality. "Perforated" structure.
Weight: 110g/m2. Surcharge + 50 CZK per product. Application: sports jerseys, sports shorts, athletic clothing, motocross clothing, double-sided basketball jerseys

BONGO material
Material with an interesting structure and quick-drying effect /QuickDRY/.

It guarantees perfect airiness. Weight: 130g/m2. Use: jerseys, shorts, athletic clothing, cycling jerseys.

WINTER material
Winter three-layer knit with membrane. The 1st layer protects against rain, the 2nd protects against the wind and thanks to the micro pores, wicks away sweat perfectly, the 3rd protects against the cold. Weight: 350g/m2. Surcharge 520 CZK/product. Use: jackets, vests.

NAPOLI material
Very light and pleasant material with quick-drying /QuickDRY/ effect. Your clothes will be dry in a very short time. Weight: 140g/m2. Surcharge + 30 CZK per product. Use: sports jerseys, shorts, athletic clothing.

CANADA material
Double-sided polyester knit made directly for hockey jerseys. Strength achieved through long research even under extraordinary load. Weight: 230g/m2. Surcharge + 30 CZK per product. Use: hockey jerseys.

Maintenance of materials

Washing:

- Never wash at more than 40 °C.

- Always read the label instructions carefully and wash white and colored clothes separately.

- Use only gentle detergents to keep the colors bright and vibrant for a long time, so do not use bleach.

- When washing, use a washing bath at the maximum temperature recommended on the labels and a gentle washing mode. ATTENTION, at a higher temperature, permanent damage to the product or print may occur.

- Wash soiled jerseys and shorts as soon as possible and separately from other types of jerseys or other clothing. Don't sweat it.

- Do not leave the products loaded for a long time in the washing bath, because with a longer-lasting effect of aggressive detergents, permanent damage to the jersey or print may occur.

- Jerseys and other products with a tangible print are recommended to be washed inside out. This does not apply to digitally printed jerseys.

- Protect from contact with velcro or a rougher surface (you will prevent the so-called thread pulling).

Drying:

- Dry the jerseys loosely hung in a vertical position. In this way, you will extend their service life, but also the stability of their shape.

- Do not under any circumstances dry textile products on heating elements.

Ironing:

- Ironing of jerseys and shorts is not necessary, the material does not wrinkle. For other products, follow the instructions on the labels.

- Do not iron the prints under any circumstances.

Recommendation:

- Under jerseys and shorts, use light functional, or cotton clothes.

Additional application of prints:

- When applying additional prints, proceed very carefully and always entrust this activity to a specialized company.

- Use only high-quality transfer prints, we strictly do not recommend direct screen printing (it may destroy the product).

- Recommended values for applying transfers: temperature 150 - 170 degrees Celsius, medium pressure, time 15 - 20 sec.
