You can also use our new configurator in detail for each product to order products.
.The configurator determines the calculation depending on the selected characteristics of the products, and the products can be easily ordered immediately (don't worry, the order request is non-binding).

Complete order process (step by step)

1. CHOOSING A PRODUCT VARIANT:
In the individual categories, you can see the specific products that are currently offered. If the product has several variants in the offer (choice of styles or colors), a small preview icon will appear below the price. Hover over the icon to see a preview of the given variant.

By clicking on the products, you will get to a detailed overview and the possibility to modify the selected product using our new configurator.

2. CONFIGURATION OF ADDITIONAL PARAMETERS:

After clicking on the orange "I want to configure more" button, you will see a menu of configurable parameters for the selected product, which you can choose as you like. The parameters are different for each product collection.

Using the configurator, you can, for example, choose different types of collars, choose a font style from the menu, or a number style if you are interested in having the product printed.

You can also choose other materials for the given products, choose the type of sleeves (short, long) and many other options. If you would like more information about specific materials, you can find a link at the end of the configurator or you can find a description of the materials here.

In addition, if you are interested in your own design, it is also possible to upload your graphic materials (logos, vector graphics, name lists, etc.) here. This will greatly speed up the processing of the entire order and thus ensure an earlier completion time of the order. You can upload one file at a time (template, logo, list).

You can activate file upload by selecting the "Upload files" option. This will show you an information table with all the formats that can be uploaded. And here you will also find a black button for uploading data from your computer. If you want to send us several files at once, just pack all these files in *.zip or *.rar format.

If you have a note about the product, you can fill it in, either here in the configurator or the field will appear in the cart once more before completing and sending the order. The last configuration field is to enter the delivery date when you would like to have the order completed.

If you do not know or do not have the possibility to find out the color numbers in the Pantone color book, at least send us a sticker or any object on which the desired logo is placed, or the given shade of color that you wish to have on the jersey. However, please note that determining the shade according to the monitor can be misleading (the shade is influenced by the output profile of the monitor) and we do not accept any complaints about the shade determined according to the monitor. We are able to send you a test print of the desired shades before production upon request.
If you are not sure about the exact shade of the color of the logo or jersey, we will determine the shade ourselves according to our subjective assessment. 3. CHOOSING SIZES AND ENTERING THE QUANTITY OF PCS:

Once you have selected a product variant or configurable parameters in the configurator, all you have to do is select the sizes and their quantity. To make it easier, you have several different buttons in the table, with which you can, for example, filter only specific sizes (men's, women's, children's) and because here you will find buttons referring to the details of the size tables.

You can also download a template for a graphic preview in a PDF document. Enter the required number of pieces in numerical form and then you will be able to insert the product with all parameters into the shopping cart.
The moment you have selected a variant, selected parameters in the configurator, selected sizes and their quantity, the table starts to update and you immediately see the current price for the selected products. Volume discounts will start to be applied and you will also see how much the price has increased or decreased for the selected additional parameters selected in the configurator.

The add to cart button becomes active only when the mandatory parameters are filled in, which are always the product variant and the number of pieces.

Put the configuration in the basket and complete the purchase by choosing the payment method, type of transport, billing and delivery information and complete the order.

This means that the non-binding request has been successfully sent to our company and you will receive information in your e-mail about the successful sending of the request, which will be further processed by our system.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION WITH A LISTING OF ALL SELECTED PARAMETERS
As soon as our system has processed all the configuration parameters, you will receive an email with a complete list of the selected parameters that were selected during the creation of the order (in the attachment you will also find a structured PDF file for possible printing).

In this e-mail, you will also find information about the next procedure, when you will be contacted directly by a graphic designer who will take care of you throughout the contract and if he has any misunderstandings, he will make arrangements with you directly so that everything goes smoothly and according to your wishes imagine

5. PRE-PRINT PRODUCTION DESIGN AND INSPECTION OF INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS:
The graphic designer processes the order and prepares the so-called "pre-print production design", which will be sent to you by e-mail to check its accuracy. In addition to the graphic processing itself, you will find in the design their various variants (e.g. different name tags on the back, jersey numbers, etc.). Please check the correctness of the data carefully to avoid unnecessary problems or complaints. After this approval, an advance invoice will be issued. As soon as the advance invoice is paid and the money is credited to our account - we will start production. Once production is complete, you will be sent an order completion email informing you that the order is ready to ship and has been shipped to your address. In the case of personal collection, you will receive an e-mail with information about the completion of the order and the possibility of collection at the company headquarters. And that's all :-)
