1. Can I have other color combinations than those shown on the product?

Printing by sublimation technology allows you to choose any color combination, i.e. e.g. blue with pink etc.

2. Can I use e.g. numbers like 99, 333 in the number series?

Any numbers can be included in the number line. The number of digits does not affect the total price for sublimation.

3. How is payment made?

We always send a pro forma invoice. The goods are sent to the client after the amount has been credited to our account.

4. What is the delivery time?

The customer will receive the goods within 3 weeks from the date of approval of the order and design. The possible necessity of earlier or later delivery is consulted. We now offer the option of express delivery within 24 hours. However, it all depends on the current workload of the workshop.

5. Can I have my own design?

Choosing your own design is almost a standard matter. The customer sketches the design and sends it by e-mail or envelope to our graphic designers, who will carry out professional processing and installation. The customer does not pay for processing in the case of a purchase of more than 5 pieces.

6. Choice of sizes and material

The choice of sizes can take place according to our size charts, which are displayed here on the website. In case of indecision, we will send size samples. A similar procedure is also possible with materials. Especially for cycling jerseys, we recommend requesting size samples. We ship all samples for FREE!!

7. How to send logos?

Logos must be sent in vector format. They are files with extensions .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .eps, .cdr (CorelDRAW), .pdf. If you only have a file with the extension .jpeg or .bmp, it must be saved in a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

8. What is the price for orders of less than 5 pieces?

If the customer orders less than 5 pieces, he is charged 150 CZK  for each piece for piece production.

9. What is the difference between stitched and sublimated jersey?

Sublimation jersey, or its final design is achieved by printing white fabric at a temperature of 220 °C. The print is intangible. Stitched jerseys and their final design are achieved by sewing together two or more different colored fabrics. The print is made by screen printing and is tangible. Prices for stitched designs are shown on our website without printing.

10. Are prints included in the price?

In the case of sublimation designs, there is no charge for printing. All prints including name tags, numbers and any number of logos in any number of colors are included in the price.

For stitched jerseys, an individual calculation is required. Here it is necessary to create a design first. The price is determined depending on the number and size of prints.

Custom design:

If none of our designs meet your requirements, you can design your own, original design yourself. All you have to do is sketch or just describe to us what your design should look like, and we will create a professionally processed preview in our graphic studio, which we will send to you for assessment.
